At Hotel Chocolat, we follow the mantra of more cacao, less sugar. That’s why we use 40% milk chocolate - the high cacao content ensures that none of the intricate notes of the cacao bean are overshadowed by sugar. This also makes our chocolate all the creamier, resulting in a delightfully snappable texture that melts effortlessly once in the mouth.
Case in our very own moulds, these reindeers get their loveable looks straight from the imaginations of our chocolatiers. We never use off the shelf casts: by making our own, we can add our own little touch to our festive characters.
