Moonpig Plus Terms & Conditions
1. GENERAL
These are the terms and conditions (Terms) for the Moonpig Plus subscription services (Moonpig Plus). Moonpig Plus is available to UK based customers only and provides access to at least 30% discount on all cards in return for payment of the annual Subscription Fee applicable when you subscribe or when your subscription renews. The Subscription Fee may change from time to time in accordance with these Terms to subscribing customers (Moonpig Plus Subscribers).
Moonpig Plus is available on www.moonpig.com (Website) in the United Kingdom.
These Terms are legally binding on all Moonpig Plus Subscribers. By subscribing to Moonpig Plus, all subscribers are deemed to have agreed to be bound to these Terms (as amended from time to time).
These Terms are supplemental to the Moonpig Customer Terms and Conditions found here (Customer Terms and Conditions).
In these Terms a bold, capitalised word has a particular meaning. "Subscription Fee" means the annual fee payable for Moonpig Plus at the time you subscribe or renew your subscription. The Subscription Fee may change from time to time in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have any questions or require clarification on these Terms, you can contact our customer service team (Customer Service Team) in the following ways:

Any reference of “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms are a reference to Moonpig. Any reference to “you” or “your” is a reference to any Moonpig Plus subscriber and these references may be used interchangeably.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TO MOONPIG PLUS
You must be a registered Moonpig customer to subscribe to Moonpig Plus, holding an active and unrestricted Moonpig customer account.
You must be aged 18 and above to subscribe to Moonpig Plus and to use the Moonpig Plus services.
You will be sent a welcome email when you subscribe to Moonpig Plus to the email address that you used to sign up to Moonpig. If you do not receive this email within 24 (twenty-four) hours, please contact Moonpig via the Webchat.
3. USING MOONPIG PLUS
Moonpig Plus has a validity for 12 months which shall commence from the day that you sign up.
You must be logged in to your Moonpig customer account to use and access Moonpig Plus.
You are and will remain responsible for all activities and purchases made using Moonpig Plus and you must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained access to your Moonpig customer account or Moonpig Plus, or if you otherwise become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or other security breach.
The use of Moonpig Plus is strictly for your personal purposes only and shall be restricted to reasonable usage only.
Moonpig Plus should not be used by you for any business, resale or wholesale purposes under any circumstances. In the event you are found to have breached this restriction, Moonpig retains the right to terminate your access and use of the Moonpig Plus services without any liability to you. Your use of Moonpig Plus is subject to the continued adherence to these Terms and Moonpig’s standard Customer Terms and Conditions
We may change the Subscription Fee from time to time. If we do so, the revised Subscription Fee will apply from your next annual renewal date and will not affect your current subscription period. We will give you at least forty (40) days' notice before your renewal date of the new Subscription Fee, the date on which it will be charged, and your right to cancel your subscription before the renewal takes place. Because Subscription Fees apply on each subscriber's renewal date, different Moonpig Plus Subscribers may pay different Subscription Fees at the same time depending on when their subscriptions renew.
4. AUTORENEWAL
Unless you cancel your Moonpig Plus subscription, it will automatically renew for successive 12-month subscription periods. On each renewal, we will charge the Subscription Fee that applies on your renewal date using the payment method you previously used for your subscription. As Subscription Fees may change over time, the amount charged on renewal may differ from the amount you paid for a previous subscription period and may differ from the amount paid by other Moonpig Plus Subscribers whose subscriptions renew on different dates. Your card details are stored independently by a secure payment service provider called Stripe. Please refer to our FAQs for further details on this.
Where required by applicable consumer law, we will also send you any reminder notices required before your subscription renews. These notices will include information about your upcoming renewal, the Subscription Fee payable, your cancellation rights (where applicable), and how you can cancel your subscription if you do not wish it to renew.
You will be able to stop the automatic renewal of Moonpig Plus by contacting Moonpig Customer Services or by amending your settings in My Account.
5. UPDATES
You acknowledge that by signing up as a Moonpig Plus customer you will receive service emails regarding Moonpig Plus. This shall include a monthly service bulletin as well as communications which set out the benefits of the Moonpig Plus services. These communications will be subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your Moonpig Plus subscription during the initial 14-day cooling-off period after you subscribe. Where applicable consumer law provides a renewal cooling-off period following certain renewals of your subscription, you may also cancel during that period.
If you ask us to begin providing the Moonpig Plus benefits during this cancellation period, your cancellation rights and any refund you receive will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.
You may cancel your subscription by contacting our Customer Services Team or through the "My Account" section of the Website or App.
7. DELIVERY
If free delivery forms part of Moonpig Plus the following shall apply:
All orders must be made within the delivery timescales set out in the Moonpig checkout. Before you finalise your order, we’ll give you estimated delivery times and dates (and the delivery options available) depending on the order time.
The standard cut-off times as stated in the Customer Terms and Conditions are subject to change (e.g. they may be brought forward during busy periods). Up-to-date information is available at checkout.
You should enter the delivery address at checkout to see the delivery options available to you.
We will not be held liable for any delays or failures to comply with our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure arises from any circumstances beyond our reasonable control or during busy, peak periods when delivery times may be extended. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. FREE STANDARD CARD
In the event that you are offered a free standard sized card and/or free first class postage on the card (the Initial Promotion) as part of Moonpig Plus, the following shall apply:
The Initial Promotion is available only on the purchase of Moonpig Plus. The Initial Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
The Initial Promotion applies to one standard - sized card (or, where applicable, another eligible card) and the applicable first - class postage. The maximum discount available under the Initial Promotion is equal to the price of the eligible card selected by you (up to the value of a standard-sized card) together with the price of first - class postage applicable to a standard-sized card at the time of purchase.
If you have a non-standard card in your basket (e.g. an e-card, postcard, large card or giant card), then the Initial Promotion can be applied to these products up to the value of the Initial Promotion described above, provided that the discount will not exceed the total price of the card and its applicable postage. If the price of the card and/or postage exceeds the value of the Initial Promotion, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
No credit will be available against the Initial Promotion and the Initial Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
9. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
We reserve the right to restrict your use of the Moonpig Plus services or terminate a Moonpig Plus subscription at any time and you will be given a prorated refund based on the number of full months left on your Moonpig Plus subscription. A refund shall not be provided if Moonpig suspects or discovers (at our sole discretion) that you have:
Breached any of these Terms or any other Moonpig terms;
Used Moonpig Plus for any business, wholesale or resale purposes;
Exceeded the reasonable usage limit of Moonpig Plus;
Been involved in fraudulent behaviour or behaviour which is not in line with Moonpig’s interests;
Breached the Customer Terms; or
Had your access to your Moonpig customer account revoked or had your Moonpig customer account suspended, frozen or deactivated for any reason.
In the event that we suspect or discover such conduct (at our sole discretion) by you, Moonpig retains the right to suspend or terminate your Moonpig Plus subscription, and may refuse or cancel any orders (even if we have previously confirmed these).
We may cancel a contract under these Terms by written notice to you if we are prevented from fulfilling any contract by any event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any technical error, any unavailability of materials, components or products, or any power failure, industrial dispute affecting any third party, governmental regulations, pandemic, epidemic, fire, flood, disaster, riot, terrorist attack, war or similar force majeure event.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Moonpig at all times retains the right to accept or refuse applications for Moonpig Plus.
We may amend these Terms from time to time where reasonably necessary to:
• reflect changes in applicable laws or regulations;
• reflect changes to the Moonpig Plus service or its features;
• improve security or prevent fraud;
• correct errors or clarify these Terms.
Where a change is materially detrimental to you, we will give you reasonable advance notice before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the change, you may cancel your Moonpig Plus subscription before your next renewal date.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live. Any dispute relating to these Terms may be brought in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
