    What do I need to know?

    • Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
    • Your voucher is valid for a maximum of two people
    • Available week round, year round, excluding Valentine's Day, Mother's Day,
    • Father's Day and New Year's Eve. Afternoon tea is served between 2pm and 5pm
    • You must make your reservation online at least 48 hours in advance by following the easy steps provided with your Buyagift voucher. Prezzo Italian cannot accept
    • Buyagift vouchers that are not pre-booked
    • Please note: You MUST take the unique code generated at the point of booking with you to the restaurant. You will not be able to have your meal without it
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
    • Afternoon tea food or drink substitutions cannot be made. Customers can purchase anything from Prezzo's other menus at an additional cost
