What do I need to know?

Available week round, year round.

Adults are deemed to be 17 years or over.

Children are deemed to be under 17 years. Paying children are aged 4 to 16 years. Children aged 3 years and under are admitted free of charge.

Kew Gardens opens daily at 10am, excluding Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Closing times vary seasonally.

Kew Palace is open from Easter until late September.

Please bring the voucher on the day and have it ready to display at the gate.

The Kew Explorer is available for guided tours at an extra charge during the day.
