Carluccio's Chocolate Panettone & Prosecco

Panettone Cioccolato & Prosecco -Naturally leavened from Lievito Madre, generously studded with fine milk and dark chocolate pieces, finished with a finished with a delicate hazelnut glaze.

Paired with the famous Bottega brands, Poeti Prosecco DOC, a Brut sparkling wine, obtained by Glera grapes grown according to classic, traditional techniques in the province of Treviso. On the nose it has apple, white peach, citrus fruits and delicate floral, acacia and wisteria notes. The palate is fresh, delicate, balanced, with a harmonious blend of acidity and softness.
