Moonpig Research - Prize draw Terms and Conditions
Thanks for your interest in taking part in research with Moonpig. Research is conducted in order to improve the experiences of our customers and their recipients.
These Terms and Conditions govern ‘Moonpig Research’ prize draws on behalf of Moonpig.com Limited (“Moonpig”, “we” and “us”), (each a “Prize Draw”). Please read them carefully. By entering a Prize Draw, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter:
Each Prize Draw is free to enter after completing the relevant survey. At the end of the survey, you’ll be asked if you want to enter the Prize Draw and to provide your email address so we can contact you if you win.
Entry is free. However, to receive any prize, you must have a Moonpig account so we can credit your reward. If you win and the email provided isn’t linked to a Moonpig account, we’ll ask you to either give us one that is — or create an account to claim your prize.
Each Prize Draw opens on the date when Moonpig emails you with details of the survey and Prize Draw. It will close on the date stated in the survey invitation. All surveys must be completed before the closing date to be eligible.
Eligibility:
To be eligible to win, you must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over, except employees of Moonpig, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
Moonpig may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
The Prize:
The number of winners and prize amounts will depend on the survey’s size and length. Exact prize details will be clearly stated in the competition notice which you will be able to view before choosing to enter.
Example prize structure (for illustrative purposes only):
£25 Moonpig credit for one randomly selected winner
£10 Moonpig credit for each of the next seven randomly selected winners
Winners:
The decision of Moonpig regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winners will be randomly selected by a computer process within three (3) working days of the Prize Draw closing.
The winners will be notified by Moonpig about their prize via email within five (5) working days of being selected.
The applicable prize (being Moonpig credit) shall be credited to a winner’s Moonpig account within seven (7) working days of a winner being notified of them winning.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternatives are offered.
To comply with UK advertising rules and demonstrate a valid Prize Draw took place, Moonpig must make available information about prize winners. On request, Moonpig will share the partially-obscured email address (e.g. jo***@domain.com) and county of any prize winner with anyone who emails [[email protected]] within one month of the closing date.
Moonpig will also provide this information and evidence of the winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Data Protection (GDPR)
Moonpig will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We follow the Data Protection Act 2018 and are registered with the ICO (registration number Z4843659).
Your personal data (for example, email address) will only be used to contact you about research projects and prizes. It will be securely stored, accessible only to the research team, and deleted within six months after the Prize Draw.

General
The Promoter of the Prize Draw is Moonpig.com Limited, Herbal House, 10 Back Hill, London EC1R 5EN (“Moonpig”, “we” and “us”).
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Moonpig accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable.
Moonpig’s failure to act with respect to a breach of these Terms and Conditions does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms and Conditions.
You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
