How to look after Chaz

Chaz the Swiss Cheese plant, or Monstera deliciosa, is a dream plant for beginners or hands-off plant parents. He’ll grow best if he receives lots of light, but will tolerate a semi-shaded spot as well. As for watering, he’s very relaxed – he likes to dry out between drinks, so top him up whenever the top two inches of soil feel dry. Swiss Cheese plants are known for their holey leaves, which develop as they mature – this young plant may arrive without its signature notches, but they’ll appear as it grows

Chaz comes with Patch’s ceramic, hand-stamped Chess pot in black and white. We recommend removing your plant from its decorative pot when watering, and allowing any excess water to drain away.
