These are the terms and conditions (Terms) on which we,  our Concessionaire Brands (as defined below) supply products to you, whether these are goods or digital content available on www.moonpig.com (Website) or any Moonpig.com Limited (Moonpig) application that you access (App) in the United Kingdom. These Terms are legally binding.

Moonpig for Business Referral Scheme Terms

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Moonpig for Business Referral Scheme (“Referral Scheme”) is open to new customers of Moonpig for Business only. A “new customer” is defined as a business or individual acting on behalf of a business that has not previously registered for or placed an order through the Moonpig for Business platform.

1.2. To be eligible, the referred individual or business must sign up for Moonpig for Business using a valid business email address via the designated referral link or referral code issued by Moonpig.

2. Referral Reward

2.1. Subject to clause 3, the referrer shall be entitled to receive a £50 promotional credit (“Referral Credit”) applied to their personal Moonpig.com account, provided the following conditions are met:

(a) the referred customer places their first order within sixty (60) calendar days of receiving the referral; (b) the referred customer places an order for a minimum of ten (10) cards, with a minimum aggregate value of £30 GBP (inclusive of VAT); (c) Moonpig has verified that the referred account qualifies as a new business customer and that no suspicious or abusive behaviour has occurred.

2.2. The Referral Credit will be issued to the email address associated with the referrer’s personal Moonpig account within seven (7) working days following the completion of a qualifying order by the referred customer.

3. Limitations and Restrictions

3.1. The Referral Scheme is limited to one (1) use per business and per referrer. Any subsequent referrals from or to the same business entity (as determined by Moonpig in its sole discretion) will not be eligible for additional Referral Credits.

3.2. The Referral Credit:

(a) is non-transferable; (b) has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives; (c) may be revoked or withheld where Moonpig reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

3.3. Moonpig reserves the right to cancel or amend the Referral Scheme or these terms at any time without prior notice, provided that such change shall not affect any accrued rights of referrers prior to the date of the amendment.

4. General

4.1. Participation in the Referral Scheme constitutes acceptance of these terms, which are supplemental to Moonpig’s core Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4.2. In the event of any conflict between these Referral Scheme Terms and the main Terms and Conditions, these terms shall prevail in relation to the Referral Scheme only.
