What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for two adults and two children
  
• Available from 9th July to 2nd November 2025
  
• Each loop is approximately 50 minutes but you are welcome to stay for longer
  
• Adults are aged 18 and above. Under 3s go free until 4pm. Children of all ages must have a ticket
  
• Younger children must be supervised in the space, and under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are requested to be considerate of the experience for all guests. Children aged 11 and under must attend before 4pm
  
• The venue has disabled access. Please inform the venue of any accessibility needs at the point of booking
