What Do I Need to Know?

• Available Monday–Thursday, year-round (excluding school holidays)
• Lift 109 will be closed for maintenance from 8th–21st January
• Entry times are between 10am–3:50pm, with the option to select a time when booking
• Experience duration: 40 minutes
• Adults only (16+), children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Infants under 2 years old can enter free of charge
• No cloakroom – only bring a handbag or small rucksack
• Pushchairs/buggies permitted only in The Gallery space
• Dogs not allowed, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs
