What do I need to know?

This experience is available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

You do not need to pre-book this experience, simply present your voucher upon arrival.

On Sunday–Friday, the exhibition is open from 9am–5pm, with last entry at 4pm. On Saturdays and during the school holidays, it is open from 9am–6pm, with last entry at 5pm. Please check beatlesstory.com/opening-times for up to date opening hours ahead of your visit.

Please allow two to three hours at the venue.

The venue is accessible to wheelchair, pushchair and hearing aid users.

Guide dogs are permitted.
