How to look after Hugo

This Anthurium is being grown without soil, using a method known as hydroponic planting. Not only does this type of growing look pretty, but it also means it’s very easy to remember to water your plant. Keep Hugo’s roots immersed in clean water, changing it every few weeks to keep it fresh. As he doesn’t have soil, Hugo will need a drop of plant food once a month in spring and summer to get his nutrients. In general, anthuriums are easy going and have simple needs – he’ll like a room with bright, indirect light, and lots of humidity.
