A supplement will apply for bookings on peak dates, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Weekends fill quickly, so please book ahead to avoid disappointment

Please bring a towel, robe and footwear for your experience

Expect to be at the spa for three and a half hours, including two hours spa access, plus a total of 65 minutes of treatments each

Please note, the spa is situated inside the Abbey Leisure Centre and the leisure centre car park only allows up to four hours access – for a longer stay, please park in the multi-storey car park a five-minute walk away
