Delivery & Shipping Cards Information
Our cards are created & dispatched from our New Jersey (NJ) site and delivered using U.S Postal Service network. All orders placed by 2pm ET are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm ET are dispatched the next business day.
Please note that USPS items are not guaranteed next day delivery and depending on the size and amount of cards you order, may take up to 5 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods.
Moonpig uses USPS to deliver all cards. Severe weather may impact your delivery. Check the deliverability of your area on USPS.
Standard Delivery/ USPS - 2 to 5 business days
Standard delivery is sent via USPS First-Class Mail service. The price of delivery is $0.68.
Order by 2pm ET for same business day dispatch from our New Jersey (NJ) facility After 2pm ET, cards will be dispatched next business day.
The dispatch date is the day we mail the card. USPS will deliver the card within 2-5 business days of dispatch, depending on the proximity of the recipient to our NJ facility.
Priority Post/ USPS - 1 to 3 business days.
Express delivery is sent via USPS Priority Mail service and is tracked. The price of delivery is $7.99
Order by 2pm EST for same business day dispatch from our New Jersey (NJ) facility. After 2pm ET, cards will be dispatched next business day.
The dispatch date is the day we mail the card. USPS will deliver the card within 1-3 business days of dispatch, depending on the proximity of the recipient to our NJ facility:
New York: Delivery in 1 business day
Chicago & Florida: Delivery in 2 business days
California: Delivery in 3 business days

Please note:
Double check your zip code & address to avoid delivery issues. Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a zip code.
Large cards may need to be hand processed by USPS and could take an extra day to arrive at their destination – therefore we recommend posting early if possible.
Although we can control the date we dispatch your order, the date it arrives depends on USPS. We suggest allowing for an extra 1-2 days for delivery if possible.
Delivery to Canada
Orders are dispatched for international delivery. We ask you to allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Canada.
