Infusing Your Spirits:

- Get a 750 ml bottle of your favourite spirit. Measure out half of the contents of the tube of botanical you have chosen to infuse.

- Add the botanical blend to the bottle of spirit. Close with a stopper during the infusion.

- Infuse for 12–24 hrs.

Note: The longer you infuse the spirit, the more apparent the flavours the botanicals will be.

Mezcal Infusion: Vanilla, rooibos, orange rind, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, all spice, bergamot extract.

Rum Infusion: Crystal sugar, lemon rind, lime leaves, mint, lime flavour.
