Delivery Update - Coronavirus & Christmas
Due to ongoing lockdown restrictions orders may take up to 4 days longer to be delivered. Please bear with us!
As we approach the Christmas period, we encourage you to send your cards as early as possible.
We recommend that you order with us no later than 15th December to arrive in time for Christmas within Australia. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
We recommend that you order with us no later than 16th November to arrive in time for Christmas for deliveries outside of Australia. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
The dispatch date is the day we POST the card and NOT the day it will be delivered.
Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode.
Large cards may need to be hand processed by Australia Post and could take an extra day to arrive at their destination – therefore we recommend posting early if possible.
Although we can control the date we dispatch your order, the date it arrives depends on the local postal service. Always allow extra time for delivery if possible. It is better to be early than late.

Delivery Information - Cards
Sent within Australia or New Zealand - Your order will be printed and despatched from Melbourne via Australia Post. Your card will arrive within 1-4 working days.

Sent to an address in the USA - Your order will be printed and dispatched from New Jersey.

Sent to any other country - Your order will be printed and dispatched from the UK. If you place your order before 2pm GMT on a UK working day your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail on the same day.
