The Delivery Guarantee applies to all gifts and cards ordered on the Moonpig Australia website (moonpig.com/au/) or any Moonpig mobile application to a recipient in Australia, where the Australia Post “Guaranteed Delivery” option is selected.
Please see the “General” section of these terms for all exclusions.
Delivery Guarantee means we will deliver all gifts and cards on or before your requested delivery date selected at checkout. In the event that the delivery is made after the requested delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Team.
If your gift has not been delivered to the recipient by 8pm in their Australian local time zone (AEST, ACST or AWST) on your guaranteed delivery date, you can contact our Customer Service Team in the following ways:

The Customer Service Team will then investigate your complaint with Australia Post, and if your complaint is successful, Moonpig will credit your Moonpig Money account with the amount you paid for postage.
The Delivery Guarantee will not apply:
In the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances outside of Moonpig’s control which impact delivery (this includes any operational issues within Australia Post)
To orders that have the wrong delivery address
To orders that cannot be delivered due to the recipient not being home
To orders delivered to recipients outside of Australia
