About Braid Mission Cards of Hope

Braid Mission was founded in 2014 by Rebecca Edwards and Christopher Chase to support children in foster youth programs in the Bay Area. They started Cards of Hope because many youth in foster card have never received a birthday card in their life. Cards of Hope helps to make sure they are remembered and loved on their special day.

Card Sending Guidelines

Pick a bright, colorful birthday or encouragement card for kids 6-18. Avoid specific holidays. Then, write your message and let them know you’re thinking of them! Don’t include messages like “Have a great day!” which might be difficult. Sign with your first name, send to Braid Mission: Cards of Hope, 629 Marin St. #4383, Vallejo CA 94590 and make sure to include a 'Blank Envelope' when checking out. Moonpig will do the rest!
