Lanson Champagne: Tasting Notes To the eye: A rosé champagne with a beautiful pure colour with pale salmon touches. On the nose: Aromas of roses and fruit predominate, with discreet notes of red fruit. Dark Marc de Champagne Truffles: Ingredients: Dark chocolate (80%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)), salted butter (Allergens: For allergens see ingredients in BOLD - May contain traces of nuts, wheat and gluten.) (11.5%), Marc de Champagne (2.5%), cocoa powder alkalised, white rum. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum and milk solids 20.5% minimum. Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.
